haircolours.com.au is an Australian owned and operated business based in Sydney, Australia. All stock is held and shipped from our warehouse in Sydney and we ship to all States and Territories across Australia and NZ.
Orders are dispatched with Australia Post or Aramex. Orders are assessed due to weight, size and location and the appropriate freight company is used for delivery of the order. We aim to keep delivery costs low and provide the quickest delivery option for each order.
We try to get all orders dispatched as quickly as possible. In the case of out of stock items you will be notified if the order despatch will be held up. If we believe the out of stock item will be arriving in our warehouse in the next 24-48 hrs we may hold the order and despatch as soon as the product is available. If an out of stock item is going to be delayed we will notify you with options of an alternative product or refund or simply waiting for the product to arrive in our warehouse.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately. If it has already been shipped, it will be processed as a return, and restocking fees may apply.
We accept returns for faulty products in line with Australian consumer law. Non-faulty items can be returned within 14 days if they are in their original packaging and condition. Please note that opened hair dyes and personal care items cannot be returned due to health regulations.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 business days if there are any issues. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
All refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used to place the order. Please note that we have no ability to redirect where a refund will be processed.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account from the time it is processed from our end. For Change of Mind refunds, we will need to receive the products back prior to processing any refunds.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us notifying you of such and this will include an Australia Post tracking number along with a link to see the current status and whereabouts of your order. This will also include an estimated delivery date.
All orders require a signature upon delivery unless you leave an Authority to Leave (ATL) instruction in the notes section at checkout.
If no ATL instruction is provided and you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post location for collection.
Please note that if your order is not collected from the Australia Post location within 10 business days, it will be returned to us as a Return to Sender item.
