iNOA Hair Colour is an odour-free and ammonia-free permanent colour which provides a perfect coverage and a sublime shine.

Mixing and application

The new INOA system is in 2 parts. Use only with the new INOA developer bottle. For one application, mix:

60g of rich oxydant 10, 20 or 30 volume (20 vol. for coverage of white hair, to lighten up to 2 levels / 30 vol. to lighten up to 3 levels).
60g INOA colour. Mix together with a whisk until a smooth, creamy texture is obtained.

Apply to the root area and, if necessary, the lengths and ends (see Colouring Lengths and Ends Techniques). Due to its creamy texture, the product adheres well to the hair.
Development time: 35 min.

Technical Instructions

Wear suitable disposable gloves.
Use exclusively with the recommended oxydants 10, 20 and 30 volume (9%) maximum / Do not use with hydrogen peroxide greater than 30 volume (9%).
Use only the proportions indicated.
Do not use metallic tools (clips, comb….)
When a shaker is used, open immediately after mixing to avoid the shaker bursting and damage from the product overflowing.

A: Oil comprises 60% of the iNOA formula.

How does iNOA deposit colour without ammonia?

A: Unlike traditional permanent haircolor containing ammonia, the ODS (Oil Delivery System) technology uses the power of oil to maximize the effectiveness of the haircoloring process with a minimal concentration of alkaline agent. A low dose of MEA (monoethanolamine) slightly opens the cuticle while the ODS technology envelops the hair fiber in a film of oil, propelling the water-based colorant and pushing it deeper into the hair fiber for unlimited color results.

Is the iNOA formula vegan?

A: Yes, all iNOA color and developer formulas are certified vegan, as they contain no animal-derived ingredients or byproducts.

Can I use developers aside from the iNOA Oil Developer with iNOA?

A: No, proper usage of iNOA and expected color results are contingent on utilizing the dedicated iNOA Oil Developer.

What is the mixing ratio between iNOA and iNOA Oil Developer?

A: iNOA follows a 1:1 color : developer mixing ratio. We recommend mixing 2.1 oz. of iNOA color with 2.1 oz. of iNOA Oil Developers.
